Medicare Annual Notice of Change
Each fall, Medicare Part C Plan or a Prescription Drug Plan recipients receive an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC). It includes any changes to a plan, such as medical coverage, premium costs, co-payments, out-of-pocket costs, and things that are covered or no longer will be covered starting in January. Those who don’t receive it by end of the month can request a replacement.
Because of major changes in the way the prescription drugs will work next year, people will most likely see changes in their plan for 2026. Read the ANOC carefully and review the changes to decide whether the plan still meets your needs. Those who only have a Medicare Supplement plan will only get an ANOC for their prescription drug plan.
