Photo Arts Club

The Photo Arts Club will meet Sept. 11, at 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. Members should bring their iPhone/Android and/or camera.

The assignment is to photograph sports. Photographers should email their best three photos to Ben Benjamins at benbenjamins@hotmail.com by Sept. 8. People can also bring any photos of their choice to be displayed and commented on.

Individuals with technical or other questions will be paired with someone who can help them for individual discussion after the meeting.

A Facebook page has been created for all LW residents interested in photography. On Facebook, search for “Photographic Arts Club of Leisure World”. This is a private page to avoid outside ads or comments. To join, hit the “join” button, and LW residents will be approved. People are invited to post their favorite photos. In the “comments” section, people can ask questions about cameras, iPhones or photography in general. A quick response will be provided.
