Duplicate Bridge Club
The Leisure World Duplicate Bridge Club meets on Mondays and Fridays in Clubhouse 1 at 12:30 p.m. Reservations can be made at any game using the sign-up sheets. Players can call Linda Nye at 562-453-6678 or email her at yuelingnye@yahoo.com no later than 10 a.m. on game day. Arrive by 12:15 to confirm reservations.
Aug. 11 winners (seven tables): North/South: Howard Smith and Bud Parish (65%); Nancy Toussaint and Lynn Danielson (65%). East/West: Judy Jones and Al Appel (65%); Jeanette Estill and Priscilla Caillouette (62%).
Aug. 15 winners (six tables): North/South: Howard Smith and Fred Reker (56%); Mark Singer and John Hagman (53%). East/West: Lynn Danielson and Larry Topper (59%); Harriet Weiss and Pat Hallock (55%).
