Cribbage Club plays Tuesdays

The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Refreshments are served each week from noon-12:15, and anyone arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. One dollar is collected from each player and those finishing in the top four scores will be awarded prize money the following week. A total of seven games are played, and new members are always welcome.

Helen Elich provided pie and ice cream for everyone Aug. 19. Potsy Frank and Suzanne Parks served the refreshments. Melinda Cowan also provided mixed nuts, candies and pretzel mix. The club appreciates all who provided and served.

The winners for the week include: Maureen Habel, 831, first place; Donna Gorman, 826, second; Jack Hawn, 823, third; Guta Basner and Hoppy Hopkins, 822, fourth. The club congratulates all the winners.
