Ronstadt Revival is the premier tribute to Linda Ronstadt featuring Shannon Rae. The group will take people on a timeless journey, weaving in stories of Ronstadt’s life and musical career.
Linda Ronstadt, otherwise known as the “Queen of Country Rock,” had 21 Top 40 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 during her heyday in the ‘70s and ‘80s. Her biggest hits include “You’re No Good,” “Don’t Know Much,” “Somewhere Out There,” “When Will I Be Loved” and “Blue Bayou.”
Ronstadt Revival is led by singer Shannon Rae. Rae was raised on the Eagles, Tom Petty and, of course, Linda Ronstadt. In every performance, Rae passionately pours her heart and soul into the music of this legendary artist that has inspired not only her, but so many female artists.
She’s accompanied by lead guitarist and band founder Dan Segal, whose musical influences span the spectrum of R& B, soul, country rock and classic rock bands.
On pedal steel guitar is Kevin Ryan, who has been a musician all of his life. Bassist and vocalist Jeff Hale is a producer, song writer and performer, and is accomplished on both electric and bass guitars and has strong leading vocals. Rich Sanders has played keyboards for over 30 years in bands ranging from rock, R& B, funk, jazz and country, and worked as a studio musician on numerous recording projects.
Drummer Marc “Forty” Fortner was formally trained by Joe Crotty, John Xeopoleas and the late, great Johnny Byrne.
Rounding out the group is Julie Pusch, a versatile violinist, violist, vocalist and composer, Pusch combines her classical training and experience for the best sound and performance.
