LW Direct Podcast: Minibus System

The latest episode of the LW Direct podcast, released today, Aug. 7, covers the GRF Minibus system. LW residents can use the point-to-point bus system to get anywhere in Leisure World, plus locations in the nearby Seal Beach Village Shopping Center.

The GRF Transportation Department offers two options: the standard Minibus and the Access Bus, which features a wheelchair lift. To call a standard Minibus, residents can dial 562-472-1367 and share their location with an operator. A bus driver will arrive shortly to pick them up. Access Bus rides can be made by reservation up to three days in advance by calling the same number.
