Woman’s Club of Leisure World

The Woman’s Club of Leisure World will host a fundraiser at Polly’s Pies at 3464 Katella Ave. in Los Alamitos on Aug. 12 from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. People should specify that they are there for the Woman’s Club so it can receive 20% of the meal’s proceeds.

The club will hold its annual fundraiser meeting on Saturday, Sept. 20, in Clubhouse 2. The doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be catered by Dominic’s.

This years theme is Denim and Diamonds. People are encouraged to dust off their cowboy boots and shine those diamonds. The entertainment will feature Anthony and Doniele Bernasconi.
