HOA ASSESSMENTS

It could take up to three weeks for the HOA assessment payment to be posted on your account if mailed to the San Jose address listed on the bottom of the statement. Below are the alternatives to make sure the payment is processed on time.

• ACH (Auto pay). The assessment payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking account on or around the fifth of every month.

• Drop Box. Checks can be dropped in 24-hour drop box located outside of the Administration Building next to the double doors that say “Reception”.

• Walk in. Hand your payment directly to a GRF staff member Mon.-Fri. between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (except holidays).

• By mail. The checks can be mailed directly to GRF at P.O. Box 2069, Seal Beach, CA 90740. Note that there may be a delay using USPS due to various factors.
