Congregation Sholom

Congregation Sholom will hold a service via Zoom led by Rabbi Eric Dangott on Friday, Aug. 1 at 6:30 p.m. Rabbi Mike Mymon will lead the hybrid service on Saturday, Aug. 2, in Clubhouse 3, Room 9, and on Zoom at 10 a.m.

Saturday’s Torah reading will be Devarim (words). It is the first Torah portion in the Book of Deuteronomy, which is the final book of the Torah. In it, Moses recounts events from the Israelites’ travels in the desert, like the appointment of judges, the sin of the spies, and the wars with the Emorite kings Sihon and Og.
