Recap of the Committee Ratification Board of Directors Meeting, June 24

Committee Schedule: MOVED to approve the standing committees serving during the 2025-2026, in accordance with the Bylaws of the Golden Rain Foundation of Seal Beach, per the distributed handout (see page 1.)

Water Protest Letter: MOVED to authorize staff to send a letter to the City of Seal Beach protesting the rate increase as proposed by the City of Seal Beach for the parcels owned by GRF. Additionally, GRF is authorized to also file a letter on behalf of any Mutual that formally requests this; such a request would be a notification from the president of a Mutual requesting GRF to take this step on behalf of the Mutual and its parcels. Any such request must be received before July 9, 2025.
