Neil Diamond and Green Day tribute show is July 11
LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL CLUB
The Let the Good Times Roll Club will sponsor a Neil Diamond and Green Day tribute concert on Friday, July 11, at Veterans Plaza. Seating will be available at 2 p.m. and the concert will go from 2:30-4.
The performers are Jon Pearlstone, Karl Aranjo and Laura Gardner who will entertain with performances of the legendary hits of one of America’s favorite artists, Neil Diamond.
Pearlstone and Aranjo will follow with hits from Green Day. Those over 60 may recognize Green Day as their kid’s favorite punk band in the 1990s. This California band evolved from being a DIY (do it yourself) punk band to rock and roll stars sponsored by a major label record company and performing at sold-out arena concerts.
There will be space to dance in the side and back aisles. People can bring their own refreshments. There is no admission charge, but donations are appreciated so the club can continue offering great live entertainment for the music and party lovers of Leisure World.
