‘Christmas in July’ is Gong Club show theme

The Gong Club show in May ended with a Chicken Banana conga line. Led by Carol Gregurek, many found it hilarious to watch and participate in.

There will be no Gong Club show in June. The club’s next show will be held Friday, July 25, in Clubhouse 2 at 7 p.m.

The theme is “Christmas in July.” Club president Lu DeSantis encouraged people to arrive early to celebrate a happy hour and help the club set up for the show.

Showgoers should expect all new games plus live music led by returning musician Rich Freeman and his crew. Special guest Yevette Louie, vice president of the Lapidary and Jewelry Club, will join the event with a sampling of crafts which can be made before the holiday season. She will donate a special gift to a lucky guest.
