LW Baptist Church meets every Sunday at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 4 for a message and worship.

This week’s message will focus on Second Corinthians, Chapter 1. The apostle Paul faced imminent death without any way of escape and even despaired of life.

Pastor Rolland Coburn will explore the outcome of this near death experience as God miraculously delivers Paul who calls the Lord “the God who raises the dead” and thanks God for teaching him through the ordeal to depend on God and not himself, and to trust God for the future.

Paul also thanks the Christian believers for their devoted prayers to God on his behalf and for their joining in giving thanks to God for his merciful deliverance.
