Learn about adult day program June 30

Everyone is welcome to RSVP to attend the informational event on healthy aging and learn about the adult day program offered by Acacia: Healthy Aging Center on Monday, June 30, from 10-11:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 6, Room 2 (second floor).

Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

The attendees will meet the Acacia’s care team and learn more about personalized care programs that offer:

• Recreational and social activities

• Healthy and nutritious meals

• Convenient transportation options to and from the facility for ease of access
