Community Karaoke
The Community Karaoke Club’s weekly karaoke evenings are packed with a variety of musical selections.
All are invited to join singers and audience members at the club’s weekly karaoke nights, held in Clubhouse 1 on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-9:30 p.m.
On June 11, gospel tunes were sung by David Noble and Bob Barnum. Ray Geierman remembered Dean Martin’s birthday by singing his hits. Lori Chamberlin lulled the audience with a melodic Hawaiian number.
Frank Miller kept the beat of “This Magic Moment.” Country tunes are a favorite of Eric Voge. Tony Tupas sang a beautiful ballad.
Rodney Schaerer chose a well-known folk song. The mellow voice of Carmen Edwards captivated the group. Susan Kelleghan charmed with “Nobody Does It Better.”
The karaoke crowd enjoyed banana turos provided by the popular couple Roger and Tess Damicog. Singers love their audience. So many people get out of the house and spend a few hours relaxing, having fun, tapping their feet or waving their arms in time to the music.
