Reporting incidents helps GRF Security track trends

SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING

Residents are encouraged to participate in ensuring the continued safety and serenity of Leisure World by reporting any and all incidents to GRF Security. Incidents of all kinds, including verbal disputes, noise complaints, petty theft, traffic concerns and suspicious persons can be reported 24/7 by calling 562-594-4754. Residents are not required to provide their personal information, and can choose to remain anonymous.

Reporting one-time or ongoing incidents allows GRF Security to track trends over time and identify problem areas. Security can then allocate resources, like patrol officers, to address ongoing issues.

“Our residents are another extra set of eyes that assist greatly in the security of our community,” said GRF Security Director Victor Rocha. “Everyone knows the phrase, ‘when you see something, say something,’ but when put into practice it can enhance the safety of Leisure World.”

Monthly incident reports are published in the LW Weekly and do not contain any identifying information about the individuals involved. See page 13 for last month’s Security report.

Past issues of the LW Weekly are available at www.LWweekly. com. Back-issues are available in the News Office, located in the Amphitheater complex.
