GRF Swap Meet

Treasure hunters, bargain browsers, and early risers are invited to the Spring Community Swap Meet hosted by the Golden Rain Foundation on Saturday, June 14, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Clubhouse 6 parking lot.

This lively outdoor event will feature a wide assortment of unique items for sale, including gently used household goods, tools, artwork, pottery, collectibles, jewelry, and handcrafted items. With dozens of vendors participating, shoppers can expect a little bit of everything—and a few surprises along the way.

Adding to the morning fun, Koffel’s Food Truck will be on-site starting at 7:30 a.m., offering a hot breakfast menu for those who want to grab a bite before or during their browsing.

The swap meet is free and open to all residents and their guests, with plenty of opportunities to score great finds, reconnect with neighbors, and enjoy a relaxed Saturday morning outdoors.
