Woman’s Club of Leisure World
The Woman’s Club of Leisure World will meet on Tuesday, June 3, in Clubhouse 2 for a members only thank you luncheon and installation of the 2025-2026 elected officers. The theme will be “beachy casual.” Doors open at 11 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 11:30.
Membership renewal will continue at the June meeting for the 2025-2026 year; dues remain $25.
The next Woman’s Club Table Top Games are scheduled for Friday, June 20, in Clubhouse 2. The room will be available from noon-4 p.m. The club requests a $1 donation to play which is added to the Clubs philanthropies.
Members are welcome to bring guests and enjoy any game they choose such as bridge, canasta, Mexican train, Scrabble, etc. People should bring small bills if they plan to buy 50/50 opportunity drawing tickets.
Kathy Rapp is currently looking for a volunteer for the position of hostess coordinator for the coming years general meetings and someone to host the table top games on the third Friday of each month. She can be reached at 562-230-8972.
