Dr. Gerald Loren Fishkin will give a presentation to the Sunshine Club titled “Speak on How to Avoid Hardening of the Emotional Arteries” on Friday, May 23, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m.
This talk is for residents who have ever felt stuck in their ways, resistant to change, or frustrated by life’s evolving landscape. Fishkin, a leading clinical psychologist, national award-winning author and lecturer will tackle these challenges. His talk will explore how emotional rigidity develops over time—and, more importantly, how people can break free from it. Using humor, real-life examples, and decades of psychological expertise, Fishkin will provide practical tools to help people cultivate emotional flexibility, curiosity, and resilience including:
