A resident observed smoke coming from a light bulb; no smoke or fire was detected.

An unknown person removed an automatic water hose from the front of a resident’s unit.

On March 26, an unknown person removed a handicap placard from an unlocked vehicle

An unknown person removed a resident’s items from a carport storage bin.

Ongoing issue with a resident stating someone is removing property from his unit (one blank check from a checkbook and an address book).
FELONY THEFT (more than $950 in value): 1

A resident stated the Mutual was responsible for his missing wallet and money, He was advised to call the Seal Beach police.
VANDALISM: 1
•April 1, 2:55 p.m., Mutual 11
An unknown person caused dark areas to appear on a resident’s vehicle.
TRAFFIC INCIDENTS: 6
•April 9, 11:49 a.m., RV Gate
An RV struck the parking lot gate while entering the RV lot.
•April 9, 5:24 p.m., Del Monte and St. John Road
Two vehicles collided; there were no injuries.

A resident’s vehicle struck pedestrian as they walked from dumpster area. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
