Last chance to buy tickets for Nixon Library tour on March 5

Last call to all history buffs and lifelong learners: the GRF Recreation Department organized a tour of the Richard Nixon Presidential Library— the department’s most requested trip— on Wednesday, March 5. The two-hour docent lead tour includes the museum, Oval Office and other exhibits as well as a special exhibit titled “The Ancient World: Unlocking the Middle East.”

After the tour, the group will enjoy a box lunch outside the Colonnade with a view of the rose garden. The bus departs the Amphitheater parking lot at 8:45 a.m. to Yorba Linda and returns in the late afternoon. Tickets are $94 per person, which includes the docent-led tour, special exhibit, box lunch and transportation. Tickets can be purchased at the Recreation Box Office, located in Building C, via cash or check. Payments made by credit card will incur a nominal fee.
