On Feb. 11, LWers enjoyed a grand opening of the Vandervoort's Insurance Agency, GRF's new lessee, in the former Cafe area. Sherry Vandervoort, a dedicated Medicare consultant and agent, and her daughter specialize in finding suitable Medicare plans that align with people's unique needs. Members of Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and other Medicare brokers were also in attendance. Everyone enjoyed tacos, raffle, freebies and live music.
