Gong Club show is Jan. 31 in CH 2

LW GONG CLUB

The Gong Club will host its first show on Friday, Jan. 31, in Clubhouse 2 at 7 p.m. Digital billboard advertising is coming to clubhouse screens soon.

Those interested in volunteering to appear in an act for this month’s show should contact Lu DeSantis at 310-686-4763. All acts must be registered in the lineup no later than Thursday, Jan. 23.

The club is searching for impressionists; yo-yo, juggling or ring toss talent, and percussion or acoustic guitar groups. Any kind of act will be considered, but those interested must sign up now.

Two seats are still available to join the Men’s Den Coffee Break act.

The club could use more volunteers to support the show with simple stage setup, door greeters, technical support, photo and video recorders, and of special request, the club would love someone with music/keyboard experience to join the stage madness with live music and sound effects.
