Wa-Rite members survived Halloween in style
The Wa-Rite’s total weight loss for the week was 15 pounds. Pat Miller was the biggest loser of the week with a loss of 3.5 pounds. As a reminder, members must weigh in November and part of December for the biggest loser of the year. Many members dressed up for Halloween at the club’s last meeting of the month and shared a round table for Linda Rich’s presentation on Optavia. The Optavia diet consists of mostly eating one meal and supplementing with shakes and protein bars. Eating is meant to be an enjoyable process for proper digestion and mindfulness.
The weekly weigh-in is on Fridays in Clubhouse 3, Room 1, from 8-8:45 a.m. The meeting begins at 9. Everyone must present a GRF ID at the door to join the meeting.
