• SB Off-Ramp Closed The southbound I-405 offramp to Seal Beach Boulevard is closed until mid-October as part of project improvements. The schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather.
OCTA reports that the entire I-405 Improvement Project is approximately 85% complete, with work scheduled to wrap up by the end of next year.
In cooperation with Caltrans, OCTA is widening the San Diego Freeway (I-405) between SR-73 and I-605.
The project is improving 16 miles of freeway.
