The Leisure World Pool Club has been very active lately. On March 29, 18 players traveled to Laguna Woods to compete in an eight-ball match. This has become a twice-a-year competition, with Laguna Woods coming here in the fall. Laguna Woods has a beautiful new pool room that has seven pool tables and a snooker table. On April 9, 58 men of the LW Men’s Golf Club met at the par 54 Turtle Lake Golf Course. Only 21 of the players came in at a net score at or under par.
