Dr. Adrienne Werth will speak to the Sunshine Club on Friday, June 19, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m. Dr. Werth is a board-certifi ed, fellowship-trained urogynecologist who specializes in complex pelvic disorders at Praxis Urogynecology in Long Beach. Her clinical interests include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, menopause-related concerns, and sexual dysfunction.

Wa-Rite is afemale-only club that meets on Fridays from 9-10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 1. Weigh-ins are from 8-8:45. Dues are $10 a year, plus 10 cents upon signing in. LW ID cards must be shown. For support on a weight-loss journey, women are welcome to stop by at 8:15 to weigh in and complete the registration paperwork. On June 5, members learned that the club lost 9.5 pounds. Jeanette
