Swap Meet is June 20 in CH 6 parking lot

GRF SPECIAL EVENTS The GRF Community Swap meet is Saturday, June 20, from 8 a.m.-noon in the Clubhouse 6 parking lot. The event will feature approximately 50 booths offering household goods, collectibles, crafts and other items in an outdoor marketplace setting. The event will also feature live music, a food truck, and water and ice stations. The event is sponsored by SCAN and AT& T.

Residents must obtain approval from their Mutual before making any modifications to their unit, particularly those involving plumbing, electrical systems or other building infrastructure. The approval process can be initiated through the GRF Physical Property Department. Recently, the Physical Property Department has been made aware of several instances in which residents hired unapproved vendors
