The southbound I-405 off-ramp to Seal Beach Boulevard closed Sept. 16 for one month. The North Gate Road closure, originally anticipated to end this month, will be extended through October and possibly longer, according to the Orange County Transporation Authority (OCTA). The reopening of the road is delayed due to unforeseen site conditions. North Gate Road is now anticipated to reopen in mid- to late October.
