The LW Fitness Center is located on the second floor of Clubhouse 6. This fully equipped gym offers exercise machines, group exercises, circuit and weight training equipment and is free to LW residents. It is staffed with attendants to instruct people on the use of machines that are also geared for those with mobility challenges. The circuit-training section has a time clock for interval training.

Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m.-noon. The Golden Age Foundation (GAF), has been loaning rollators, wheelchairs, transport chairs and walkers to Leisure World residents for many years at no charge via its mobility aids program. The GAF in short supply of rollators (walkers with four wheels attached) and other mobility aids. Those who have a GAF rollator that they no longer need are asked to return it to the mobility aids office in Clubhouse
