SBPD CRIME REPORT The Seal Beach Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible for committing a burglary and stealing a vehicle inside of the Leisure World community. On July 24 at about 5 a.m., an unknown male suspect entered the GRF Service Maintenance yard near 13533 Seal Beach Blvd. The suspect entered the workshop, loaded a cart full
