Meeting will feature watercolor demonstration


The Leisure World Art League’s meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m. in Clubhouse 4 will feature contemporary multimedia artist Ian Desberg, a professional toy and product designer living in Cliff May Rancho Estates in Long Beach. During the pandemic, Desberg challenged himself to draw and paint all 740 original, 1950s ranch homes in this unique neighborhood. The project thrives with over 600 works

GARDEN CLUB: GARDEN OF THE MONTH The garden of the month is Diana Justin's coastal inspired home at 1410 Oakmont, 140-G. The patio features a lighted arbor and bright blue patio set. Justin designed and installed the patio area. An amethyst flower vine covers the arbor over the fish fountain. The garden also features a goldfish plant and a mirror plant.
