Twice a year, the Leisure World Art League sponsors “Spotlight on the Artist”—an art exhibition featuring the extraordinary work of one Leisure World resident artist. On Saturday, Nov. 15, from 1-3:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 4, the Art League will spotlight Linda Frysinger, a multi-media artist whose colorful and whimsical creations have dazzled patrons at art shows, shoppers in stores and attendees

GARDEN CLUB The Garden Club will meet Monday, Nov. 17, at 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 2. Melissa Rapp will present a program on perennials. Rapp is a retired physician who always loved plants. After retiring, she became a Master Gardener in 2022 to pursue her love of plants and share science based information with the public on home horticulture. Perennials are some of her favorite plants

REDEEMER LUTHERAN HOLIDAY BAZAAR All are invited to a holiday bazaar Thursday and Friday, Nov. 13-14, from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. hosted by Redeemer Lutheran Church of Leisure World and St. Theodore of Canterbury Episcopal Church.
