Join Abilene for a Halloween dance on Oct. 31 in CH 4

Abilene, GRF’s own country rock sensation will be boot scootin’ in a very special Halloween show on Oct. 31 in Clubhouse 4. This is a chance to show off creative costumes and dance the night away. This band packs the house so plan ahead. Doors open at 6:30 but saving tables is prohibited.

Abilene is Leisure World’s No. 1 country rock band. They are competing in the Battle of the Bands so make sure to sign in and share feedback with the Recreation Department to keep them coming back.

The show is co-sponsored by GRF and Ivy Park at Cerritos. Be sure to stop by Ivy Park’s table to join their drawing and welcome them. Sponsors make these dances possible.

All concerts are free, but tips are accepted and appreciated. For more information, email kathyt@lwsb.com.

Costumes are highly encouraged.

Abilene members Lee Offenhauer (l-r), Jim Greer on drums, Vickie Van Ert, Greg Johnson and Bob McAlister
