LW Woman’s Club enjoyed live music, Naples Rib Company lunch and auction at luncheon
The Woman’s Club of Leisure World and their guests enjoyed an afternoon of socializing while selecting auction items, dancing to the exciting entertainment of Tony Odell Rogers and a delicious Naples Rib Lunch, served by LW Lions Club members who generously volunteered their time to serve over 200 guests. The club is always working to make a difference in the community.
Proceeds from the club’s events support local agencies who provide services like housing and food assistance to people facing financial insecurity.

Members of the LW Woman's Club were entertained by Tony Odell Rogers (center) at a Sept. 19 luncheon. The Woman’s Club will meet Tuesday, Oct. 6, in Clubhouse 2. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the meeting starts at 1:30.
Each month, members donate to organizations that provide aid in local communities. In October, the club will recognize Golden West College Nursing Program and The Stand, a student food pantry.
Following the business meeting, Tino Macchia will entertain. He performs classics of pop and the American Songbook, paying tribute to singers such as Tom Jones and Elvis.
The philanthropic club welcomes new members. The annual dues are $25. For more information, contact Lynn Baidack at 562-296-5342.
