Photo Arts Club

The Photo Arts Club will meet Sept. 10 in Clubhouse 3, Room 9, at 1:30 p.m. The assignment is to photograph hats. Photographers should send their best three shots to Ziggy Romano at siegfried. romano@gmail.com by Sept. 7.

Today, Aug. 27, Romano will give a presentation on editing techniques and answer iPhone and camera-related questions in Clubhouse 3, Room 3, at 1:30 p.m.

At the Aug. 13 meeting, President Regine Schumacher recommended that all people sign in so they can receive email notifications about upcoming meetings. In addition, she had compiled past photo assignment suggestions and created a photo assignment schedule that runs through December 2027. Photographers happily picked up copies.

During the photo presentation portion of the meeting, members viewed a variety of creative images that adhered to the month’s photo topic: circles. As they were shown on the TV, comments, suggestions and discussions were made by the members.
