Perspectives Policy

Letters to the Editor: Letters must be no longer than 250 words and should be typed and delivered to LW Weekly by email at rutho@lwsb.com (preferred), sent by regular mail (see staff box below for address) or hand-delivered to the LW Weekly Building by the Amphitheater. Letters must be of general interest to the community and may contain opinions, suggestions, compliments and complaints without being scurrilous, libelous, defamatory, repetitive or otherwise inappropriate.

GRF policy bans political letters. The names of individual employees, titles and/or departments that could adversely impact GRF employees directly or indirectly will not be published.

Member Columns: At a maximum 500 words, columns may present an argument or opinion or information about pending issues of interest or concern to the community. Priority is given to first-time or less frequent writers.
