Karaoke Club
The Karaoke Club meets Wednesdays from 5:30-9:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 1 for karaoke nights, where friends and neighbors entertain with a wide variety of music.
On June 10, first-time singer Paul Dubin exuberantly entertained the crowd with his song selection. Danna Sanders sang a smooth Beach Boys classic, while Marty Miller impressed with a rendition of “Testify to Love.” Vinny Correnti and Joan Rosenberg had fun performing a lively duet together. Donna Bocoskey’s bossa nova favorite had the audience swaying along, and Ron Hanna energized the room with the ever-popular “Blueberry Hill.” The evening featured 35 singers.
Many singers also take advantage of the club’s Monday practice sessions in Clubhouse 6 from 1-3 p.m. to try a new song.
