FITNESS FUSION
The Fitness Fusion Club meets on Tuesdays in Clubhouse 6 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Veterans Plaza. Class exercises are designed to increase muscle mass and improve upper and lower body strength. Lighter weights are used during the front and side raise exercises, with controlled movements, to strengthen the shoulders. People are welcome to bring free weights to the Veterans Plaza classes.
