Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers fresh meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk.

Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28 No service. Closed in observance of Thanksgiving.

Monday, Dec. 1

Beef chili mac, peas and onions, zucchini medley, pear, tuna salad sandwich with spinach and tomato, cucumber, red onion and dill salad.

Tuesday, Dec. 2

Roasted pork with mustard sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed cabbage, cookie, chef’s salad with turkey, ham, egg, tomato, bacon, blue cheese dressing and crackers.

Wednesday, Dec. 3

Turkey a la king, whole grain pasta, cauliflower, mixed vegetables, peaches, ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, and marinated beet salad with onions.
