Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers freshly cooked meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk. Tuna noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, zucchini medley, banana, garden salad with chicken, garbanzo beans, red onion, celery and tomatoes, Italian dressing and crackers.

Monday, June 23

Spaghetti with meatballs, whole grain dinner roll, broccoli, applesauce, egg salad sandwich with spinach and tomato, and confetti slaw.

Tuesday, June 24

Chicken enchilada casserole with red sauce, black beans, carrots, oranges, spinach salad with chicken, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, feta cheese, vinaigrette dressing and crackers.

Wednesday, June 25

White rice pilaf, green beans almandine, cauliflower, Waldorf salad, ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, and carrot slaw.
