Photographer will present on Colorado Plateau

TRAVELING TIGERS

The Traveling Tigers will meet on Wednesday, May 21, at noon in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. The meeting will begin with a potluck. Members and guests who want to enjoy the potluck should bring a dish to share and their own drinks. A short 15-minute club meeting will start at 1 p.m.

The presenter this month is Rick Flores, a longtime member of the Los Angeles Adventurers’ Club and an avid photographer. He has traveled around the world but found his artistic muse in the four-corners area of the country—the beautiful, stark, sandstonefilled deserts and canyon landscapes of the Colorado Plateau, in parts of Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

This month, Flores’s descriptive and photographic presentation will cover his time and travels in one of his favorites, the Colorado Plateau.
