Happy Monday Get Strong
Prevent age-related muscle loss with strength training. Via Zoom, certified personal trainer and Leisure World resident Eunis “Wild-Fire!” Christensen leads simple at-home workouts with dumbbells and stretch tubing/bands every Monday at 4 p.m. This free, interactive half-hour group class is designed to help people stay strong and healthy for years to come.
Christensen has certifications and education from National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Exercise Trainers Association, American Council on Exercise, Functional Aging Institute, Zumba®, Titleist Performance Institute, and more.
