After retiring in 2010, he was enlisted by the Fullbright Specialist Program to teach American history at foreign universities. In 2011 Scwartz taught at Panasastra University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and in 2014 at Jiaotung University in Shanghai, China. Since 2015 he has been presenting
