COFFEE CHAT Seal Beach Chief of Police Michael Henderson and GRF Security Director Victor Rocha will field questions from residents at a Tuesday, April 22, coffee chat from 10 a.m.-noon in Clubhouse 6. The event is informal with no speeches, presentations or agendas, and everyone is welcome. Often the community’s only interaction with the police is during an emergency or other crisis.
