The Leisure World Scrabble Club meets every Wednesday from 1-4 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 5. New members are welcome. The club met on July 30 and on all four Wednesdays in August. There were 34 scores above 300 and eight bingos (i.e. the use of all seven tiles in one move). Diane Seeger led with 12 scores higher than 300. She had one bingo. Her totals ranged from 312 to 432.
