Trick or Treat at the Gates

The GRF Recreation Department will hold trick or treat at the North and St. Andrews gates on Halloween, Friday, Oct. 31, from 1 p.m. until supplies last. This year’s candy distribution is sponsored by Prudential Hospice Care.

North Gate and nearby buildings will be closed Monday, Nov. 3

PLANNED POWER OUTAGE The North Gate and surrounding buildings—including the LW Library, Friends of the Library Bookstore and clubhouses 3 and 4—will be closed Monday, Nov. 3, due to a scheduled power outage. There will be no entry or exit at the North Gate. The security shack will be closed. Southern California Edison crews will begin replacing a utility pole on Northwood Road beginning

Letters to the Editor

Editor: The GRF Recreation Department came through again in a big way. The first ever Harvest Festival was so much fun! The band was good. The scavenger hunt got us all strolling through all the garden plots. They were varied and beautiful, filled with all kinds of vegetables and beautiful flowers. There were free snacks and games, an auction—that we did not win, a canned food drive
