New, responsive traffi c confi guration means less wait time
PROJECT UPDATE
The recent upgrade to the light at Golden Rain Road and St. Andrews Drive is now substantially complete. The light is working as designed with one small exception, which should be fixed by the end of the month.
That means the traffic signal controller now activates an exclusive pedestrian phase—which stops all vehicular movement so pedestrians can cross in all crosswalks
Pet registration must be updated on or before Dec. 31
STOCK TRANSFER
Per Pet Rule 7501, Article II, any pet owned by a shareholder must be registered with the Stock Transfer Office before it is brought onto the Mutual premises.
Further, the pet registration and licensing must be updated on or before Dec. 31 of each year.
The Mutual Pet Registration Form can be picked up at the Stock Transfer Office.

Winners of GRF holiday tree decorating contest announced
HOLIDAY DECOR
It’s that time of year when the Recreation Department reaches out to all clubs to adopt a tree in one of the clubhouses to trim for the annual Christmas Tree Decorating contest.
This year’s theme is “Christmas Around the World,” where the clubs chosen to compete deck out their tree to reflect either a particular country or culture or an international theme. GRF directors
