RED CROSS The Optum Health Care Center, in partnership with the Red Cross, will hold a blood drive Friday, Jan. 9, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. All Red Cross donors who give blood from Jan. 1-25 will be entered for a chance to win a trip for two to Super Bowl LX, which will be held on Feb. 8 in Santa Clara, California. Donors, especially those who give regularly, help keep the U.S. blood supply

SUBMIT QUESTIONS The GRF Board invites all residents to attend a Community Forum (aka Town Hall) with newly appointed GRF Executive Director David Norvell, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, on Friday, Jan. 30, from 2-4 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. This forum will give residents an opportunity to learn more about Norvell’s vision for Leisure World, along with his professional background and leadership approach.

Shareholders who are not signed up for ACH/direct debit should have received their 2026 assessment statement for January. As of Jan. 1, GRF and Mutual monthly assessment amounts have changed. For those who have signed up for ACH/direct debit with their Mutual through the GRF Accounting office, the assessments are automatically updated to the new correct amounts. Bicycle decals for 2026 are now available at the GRF Decal Office. To ensure a smooth transition into the new licensing year, 2025 bicycle decals will remain valid for community entry through Jan. 31. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this grace period to obtain their new decals. There is a limit of two bicycle decals per unit. Residents entering the community on bikes without
