Meals on Wheels Orange County in partnership with the city of Seal Beach is hosting The Lunch Cafe at the North Seal Beach Center, 3333 St. Cloud Drive, Seal Beach, Monday-Friday, starting at 11 a.m. It is open to anyone 60 or older.
